Incorporated and BankWare Announce Strategic Alliance for Check Imaging
Offering

OH and Birmingham, AL, January 16, 2002 - Intrieve,
Incorporated, a leading provider of outsourced technology solutions to
financial institutions, and BankWare, a leading provider of 3rd
generation check imaging solutions, announced today an agreement that
enables BankWare’s ImageCentre application to be available to
Intrieve’s community-based financial institutions.
ImageCentre
was introduced to the financial service marketplace in late 1999.
Designed by bankers for bankers, ImageCentre was developed with a
“blank canvas” to address the financial services industry.
ImageCentre is the financial industry’s first and only Internet
Browser-based check imaging, document imaging, remittance processing,
and COLD (computer output to laser disk) solution.
